The apartments are built on the site of Clee Hall, built about 1750, which became the home of the Westley family of Dudley who gave it the present name of Westley Court.
The residents lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished with a licenced bar and a hot lunch can be provided daily in the dining area if required. This lounge is used for social events such as a film night, quiz, talks and various celebrations.
Many services are provided such as a visiting hairdresser chiropodist, newspapers and a milkman. A fresh fish van visits weekly with regular visits from the mobile library.
